This hour-long relaxation experience will provide gentle stretching and then Sound Bath meditation for relaxation. Tibetan sound bowls are used in this method, scientifically proven to relax the central nervous system.

Hydrate prior to the experience. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. Tea and water will be available if needed.
